Regular hours for the GFH main museum and the Yad LaYeled children’s museum:

Sunday through Thursday: 9:00 – 16:00

Friday: 9:00-13:00 (by group reservation only)

Saturdays and holidays: closed   

Weekend visits to the main museum may be scheduled in advance for organized groups

Admission rates

For the Ghetto Fighters' House (includes Yad Layeled):
Adult: 30 INS
Senior citizen and disabled:  15 INS
IDF Soldiers: Free admission
Children (over the age of 10): 20 INS

For Yad Layeled:
Adult:  20 INS
Children (over the age of 10):  20 INS

Location:

The Ghetto Fighters’ House is located on the Coast Highway (Route #4) between Akko and Nahariya.

Public transportation:

By bus : (No. 271 local, Haifa-Mercazit ha-Mifratz to Nahariya) or "sherut" (taxi-van) – to the stop opposite the Ghetto Fighters' House ("Beit Lohamei Haghetaot").

 

By train:  Northbound trains to the Akko station; continue from there on the Coast Road by bus or taxi – both leave regularly from the "Egged" station, approximately a five minute walk from the train station.
