The Warsaw Ghetto Fights Back

This exhibition, devoted to the Jewish uprising in the Warsaw ghetto, is to a great extent the heart of the Ghetto Fighters’ House museum. Its narrative unfolds on three levels: the story of Warsaw’s ghetto, the story of the armed uprising in the ghetto, and the personal stories of Yitzhak "Antek" Zuckerman and Zivia Lubetkin, who were among the leaders of the Jewish underground, the uprising, and founders of Kibbutz Lohamei Haghetaot and the Ghetto Fighters’ House.
