The Israeli Friends of GFH is an association whose objective is to support the commemorative and educational activities of the Ghetto Fighters’ House. It promotes public awareness of GFH activities, and maintains contacts with Holocaust survivors and a broad spectrum of Israeli society.

Today there are 700 Israeli Friends of GFH holding membership in the Association.  A Friend of GFH is a goodwill ambassador, making the public aware of GFH’s role and activities.  Israeli Friends have been involved in sponsoring special GFH projects. The objective for 2004/5: computerization of educational activities of the Ghetto Fighters’ House.

The Israeli Friends of GFH holds a festive semiannual meeting, in recognition of the new and ongoing activities and achievements of the Ghetto Fighters’ House.

Members’ benefits include delivery of the GFH newsletter and invitations to special events; free admission to the museum, with guided tours available;  discounts on books published by GFH; an invitation to the annual gathering on Israel’s national Holocaust Remembrance Day; and more…(see next screen).

The annual membership fee in the Israeli Friends of GFH is 100 NIS.
